By accessing Shaival Amin (the "Site") or buying any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

2. Products & digital delivery

We sell digital products (ebooks, prompt packs and AI systems). After a successful payment, you receive an instant, secure download link (valid for a limited time) and, where applicable, a copy by email. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Licence & use

Digital products are licensed for your personal, single-user use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or reproduce them for others. All intellectual property remains with Shaival Amin.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time; the price at checkout applies to your order.

5. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once purchased. See our Refund Policy. Genuine duplicate charges or failed deliveries are resolved on contact.

6. Affiliate links & recommendations

Some links (including Amazon links) are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations reflect our honest opinion and are not a guarantee of any result.

7. Educational content — no guarantees

All content is for general educational purposes only and is not professional (financial, medical, legal or other) advice. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. Verify important decisions with a qualified professional.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for abuse.
